Group Coaching

Group Coaching is a more open concept where topics are discussed openly and every individual is engaged to discuss their experiences or knowledge in a general point of view. Usually, I like to work with small groups of 10 to 12 people. Have you ever wanted something in your life, but found you couldn’t achieve it alone?  Have you ever wanted someone to walk you through the grocery store or help you set up your pantry to help make health more attainable?  Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Or that didn’t make sense?  Have you ever found yourself with advice that you didn’t understand and couldn’t get someone to explain clearly?

As a Health Coach, I am knowledgeable to provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you determine what changes are necessary for you.

Group Coaching participants have the benefit of the guidance of a certified health coach, the support of a dedicated community, and the accountability of regular “meetings” (in-person or at a distance).  Ultimately, it will help you live healthier, live with more peace, lead your family, build your self-confidence, lose weight, and get responsible for living the life of your dreams.

As a client of my health coaching programs, you will…

  • learn how to manage your cravings and what causes them
  • increase your energy levels
  • learn new recipes to make at home
  • learn how to read labels on food packages in the supermarket

  • discover the confidence to create the life you want
  • find a path towards inner peace

How soon will we see results?

Naturally, this will vary from person to person based on their current level of health and their willingness to participate. Nevertheless, even if the motivation isn’t there right away, that’s okay. I am skilled in inspiring clients to get motivated. My workshops, presentations, coaching sessions, and materials are interesting and engaging. By starting with small, achievable goals, my group of clients will start seeing results rather quickly and will be motivated to move on to larger goals.

Is the information discussed in one-on-one health coaching sessions kept confidentially?

Absolutely. All the information shared in individual sessions will remain completely confidential between the client and me, the Health Coach.
