Because eating healthy is delicious! It is not about eliminating what you eat, but about adding more healthy options and replacing those not so healthy with more natural ingredients. My recipes are made with raw, unrefined and mostly organic ingredients. None of my recipes contain industrialized ingredients, dyes, artificial flavors, flours or refined sugars. On the contrary, I always try to ensure that all ingredients are free from fertilizers, chemicals, GMO, etc. You may find a diversity of dishes from breakfast options, smoothies, smoothie bowls, snacks, simple lunches, dinners, and desserts. Some of my recipes might be GF (Gluten-free), VG (Vegan), Paleo or simply Vegetarian. So, no matter what is your dietary restriction, you might find something delicious suitable for you!!
