Juices for Health

Juices, freshly extracted, from fresh vegetables and fruits, and consumed first thing in the morning are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and helps detox and take care of our health. The juices help tremendously to eliminate toxins, (coming from processed foods, bad habits, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, stress, environmental contamination, etc), and to nourish our cells, tissues, and organs since it enters the bloodstream around 20 minutes after being swallowed. Besides being super easy to make, you just need a juicer, they are also delicious.
