Always having a Healthy and low-carb option around is a must if you are doing a low-carb, keto Diet, or a Hormone Reset Program.
I usually prepare this buns and keep them in the fridge or freezer so they are accessible at any time, specially when you have no time to bake but your are hungry.
Cauliflower Pizza – Lowcarb/ Keto/Healthy
Sometimes we want to eat a delicious pizza, but the first thing that comes to mind is the dough made of wheat flour that for many of us may cause a body reaction, it can cause inflammation, or maybe we cannot digest it well. For this reason, I share this pizza with the dough made of cauliflower that is lighter, healthier, and helps us maintain an ideal weight.
Keto “Butter Cake” with Condensed Coconut milk
This Cake is really delicious especially when you are trying the Keto diet and you want to have something sweet. It looks more like a healthy option of “tres leches” a Venezuelan dessert which I love.
