On “One on One” Coaching I focus on individual needs supporting the persons on their health problems and goals. I help in making sustainable lifestyle choices. I do not prescribe one diet or one way of living. Rather, I help people identify and develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for their bodies. I deeply believe in bio-individuality! No matter what is going on in your life: trying to lose weight, willing to change your lifestyle, relationships, stress, body pain, digestive problems, inflammation, current unhealthy diet, allergies, etc., I can help you get on the right path.

I work with a diverse range of clients including men, women, young professionals, corporate executives, retirees, athletes, and inactive or overweight individuals. My philosophy is that there is no one way of eating or living that works for everyone, and consequently, I have had success working with people from all walks of life.

I am an experienced wellness professional trained in diet, lifestyle, and wellness coaching. I graduated as a Health Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I am skilled in inspiring clients to get motivated. My workshops, presentations, coaching sessions, and materials are interesting and engaging. By starting with small, achievable goals, you will start seeing results rather quickly and will be motivated to move on to larger goals.
