I am so glad you are here!<\/p>\n Elis Organic was created to inspire people to improve their health and change their habits, what really matters for an optimal and long life. It focuses on the concept of “Primary food” and “Secondary foods”. As Primary food, we take into consideration the main four pillars: Career, Relationships, Spirituality and Physical Activity.<\/p>\n Having these four main pillars in balance together with Secondary Foods (what we actually eat), are the keys to a complete and stable\u00a0health.<\/p>\n Remember our body is very important! It is the real place we live in. It is also our best mean transportation.<\/p>\n Go local, eat as much organic food as possible, get to know your farmer and especially what you are “putting” into your body. <\/p>\n My Mission<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n To provide healthy coaching knowledge that inspires and guides motivated and passionate people to reach their best quality life.
