Total Time: 55\u00a0 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_5RYuEA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"SS_gjA\">INGREDIENTS:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Crust:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1 cauliflower approx. 1 kg, grated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1 beaten egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1\/3 cup soft goat cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove crushed (optional) but gives a nice taste<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1 teaspoon dried oregano\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_5RYuEA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Suggested dressings: (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Tomato sauce (only tomato and salt and garlic)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or parmesan cheese shredded)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1 sliced \u200b\u200btomato o cherry tomatoes in half<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Basil at ease<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1 cup spinach<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1\/2 pepper in strips<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">1\/4 red onion in strips<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">2 slices of prosciutto in pieces<\/span><\/li>\n<li>asparagus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this case, I only use spinach, cherry tomatoes, and some shredded parmesan cheese on top.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"_5RYuEA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"SS_gjA\">INSTRUCTIONS:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Preheat the oven to 400\u00baF.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Fill a large pot over medium heat with an inch of water. Place a steam basket in the pot, then pour the raw cauliflower into the steam basket. Bring the water to a boil and cover the pot, steaming the cauliflower until it is very tender and can be pierced with a fork.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Drain<\/span> <span class=\"SS_gjA\">all excess moisture! (Be careful if your cauliflower is still hot; you can let it cool before handling it.) A large amount of additional liquid will be released, which will leave it with a nice and dry pizza crust.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">In a large bowl, mix the squeezed rice, egg, goat cheese, and spices. (Don&#8217;t be afraid to use your hands! You want it very well mixed). It won&#8217;t be like any pizza dough you&#8217;ve worked with, but don&#8217;t worry, it will stay together!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Press the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (It is important that it be lined with parchment paper, or it will stick.) Keep the dough 1\/4 &#8220;to 1\/2&#8221; thick and make the edges slightly higher to obtain a &#8220;crust&#8221; effect, if desired.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400F, until they are dry and golden brown. Use the parchment paper to flip the crust and bake again until the other side is well and dry for another 10 to 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"SS_gjA\">Add your favorite pizza ingredients to the crust, such as sauce and cheese, then return the 400F baked pizza. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is hot and bubbly. Slice and serve warm. You can eat it on a bed of spinach leaves as a side dish.
